RSEAT A1-160 combine unique features to provide the best Sim-Racing experience to our customers. Main feature is the chassis strength and functionality. It all start with the raw materials and their qualities. And last but not least is the way it all bond together.
Strength
RSEAT A1-160 feature HPDC L-Brackets for the main frame structural strength. The brackets are essential for chassis stability and adjustment. Our design allow easy of installation as it is one piece part with open visibility to the fasteners. No annoying plastic caps needed to hide the fasteners as regular L-brackets does.. It is made of aluminium 6000 series material using high pressure die casting of aluminium. The process guarantee high strength of the finished part, great surface finish with RSEAT logo.

Materials
RSEAT A1-160 chassis feature thick wall 40 x 160 T-Slot Aluminum Extrusion profiles. No compromises are made. The material is aluminium 6063-T6 6000 SERIES ALUMINUM. It has a outstanding surface finish, ultimate tensile strength and its used in extreme sport equipment. Sheet metal plates are made of laser cut 6000 series aluminium – 10mm and 12mm thick. The chassis is finished in TIGER Drylac® (made in EU) powder coating matte fine structural finish. All raw material are manufactured in the EU.
Materials

Fasteners
We use high quality fasteners for our chassis. The key fastener is the T-Slot nut used to bond the chassis together. A1-160 feature Roll in T-Nut with Ball Spring- M8 thread. It loads either from the profile ends or side. The nut can be easily rolled into the T-Slot. This helps where the profile ends are inaccessible (for example, installing accessories later on) The ball with a spring inside of the nut, fixate it into place. It is self-aligning so the thread will always be in the middle of the T-slot and will not fall down the T-Slot even if it’s in vertical position when assembling the chassis (easy for the assembly).
Fasteners
We use high quality fasteners for our chassis. The key fastener is the T-Slot nut used to bond the chassis together. A1-160 feature Roll in T-Nut with Ball Spring- M8 thread. ULTRA Durable with zero flex. Unique Design. Mount any sim racing pedals as direct bolt-on. All way adjustable including up-down, front-back, tilt. Heel plate included. Hell plate slide with the pedals for fine position adjustment. This way you do not need to move the whole pedals tray but only the top sliding assembly.
