These conditions apply to the use of this Website and by accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the conditions set out below.
Shipping to EU
Shipping cost to European Union is free of charge on all products except some accessories and seats when purchased separately.
All orders are shipped from our factory in Europe with UPS or DHL. All orders are delivered to the door.
Delivery cost include full insurance on purchase price.
No additional fees are due upon delivery, including VAT, Import/Customs duty fees or any other hidden fee.
Price include VAT.

Goods that are purchased from overseas are subjected to customs import duties in Canada or widely known as Value Added Tax (VAT), excise duties. This is a standard practice, and they are collected by your local government customs authorities.
RSEAT is a CETA registered member (The Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement, or CETA, is a trade agreement between the EU and Canada).
Products originating in the European Union, on importation into Canada, and products originating in Canada, on importation into the European Union, benefit from preferential tariff treatment of this Agreement. No Duty TAX is collected, only VAT.
– The deal eliminates approximately 99% of all import duties between the EU and Canada (including our products)
PAYMENT
The total cost of your order is the price of the goods and delivery charges as set out in the secure Checkout page. Payment can be made by PayPal, Credit Card / Debit Card by PayPal (support most major credit or debit cards, no PayPal account required), Credit Card / Debit Card (Stripe), Bank Wire transfers.
Orders passed by PayPal are NOT subject to 2.2% transaction fee or any other additional fee.
We do not collect your credit card data, instead we use a secure merchant gateway where you can safely enter your credit card information.
PRICING
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Product (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
WARRANTY
All RSEAT products carry a defect period and a manufacturer part warranty of 5 year (five year). If any part is damaged or defective, we will replace it for our charge and deliver it to your door. RSEAT Haptic Frames carry a defect period and a manufacturer part warranty of 2 year (two year).
INVOICING
An invoice will be provided when you receive your order. If you require the invoice to be sent under separate cover – e.g. if your purchase is a gift to be sent to the recipient – please indicate this in your order.
GUARANTEE
RSEAT guarantees that the purchased goods were free of material and manufacturing flaws at the time of the transfer of the goods and that they have the guaranteed quality set down in the contract. Upon receipt, the customer must inspect the goods immediately for flaws and quality. The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, and misuse, improperly installed or improperly tightened screws are not covered by the warranty. The guarantee expires if the customer changes the goods delivered. With defects which are the fault of the buyer because of improper handling, the buyer is committed to file a damage claim with DHL and we will send new replacement parts.
DELIVERY
Packages are generally dispatched within 24 hours after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS or DHL. All packages are shipped to your door. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. Special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized, and your items are well-protected. If a shipment is damaged by the carrier, we will replace all damaged items at no further cost.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
We call your attention to the need, on the day of receipt of your shipment, to check its status by opening and checking its state inside. Indeed, the package may be in perfect cosmetic condition outside, but if the package has been dropped on one side it could be damaged. In case of problem, please contact us right away.
ORDER RETURN
If you are not fully satisfied or change your mind, you can return your items within 14 days with a full refund or replacement. However, you are responsible for all return shipping costs on non-defective items. You are responsible for paying return freight. When sending an item back to RSEAT, please ensure the following: The item is in its original box with all original packaging, tools and documents. The return shipping fee is non-refundable.
We will not accept a return or exchange in some situations, these include:
– Failure to follow assembly instructions
– Damage caused by accident, neglect, misuse or improper care
– Items damaged by external factors such as flooding or fire
– Items showing obvious wear and tear
– Custom items, unless a manufacturing fault
– On occasion when we feel there has been an abuse of our return’s policy in the past.
Damaged Items on delivery
Be sure to carefully inspect all Item (freight) deliveries for damage before signing the bill of lading. If item(s) arrive damaged or defective, you need to report the damage to the RSEAT support. In this case, RSEAT arrange the return and replacement of the damaged or defective product(s).
REGISTRATION
The personal information which you are required to provide when you register as a customer must be true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. You must notify us immediately of any changes to the personal information before shipment of your order by contacting us by email. You must not impersonate any other person or entity or use a false name or a name that you are not authorized to use.
INDEMNITY
You agree fully to indemnify, defend and hold us, and our officers, directors, employees, agents and suppliers, harmless immediately on demand, from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach of conditions by you or any other liabilities arising out of your use of this website, or by the use of any other person accessing the website using your shopping account and/or your personal information.
CONTRACT
Once payment has been received by us, we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provided at checkout. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms of Service, together with our current website prices, delivery details, contact details and Privacy Policy, set out the whole of our agreement relating to the supply of the goods to you by us. RSEAT Ltd. accepts responsibility under these terms & conditions for its commitment to you.
SECURITY
When you place an order with us using our secure online order form and web browser such as Microsoft’s Edge, Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome, the order is encrypted. The use of SSL encryption scrambles data sent from the browser to the rseatamerica.com server in a way that only rseat.net store can access.
